Shipping Terms and Conditions
The handling and shipping time will be 24-48h once payment of the order has been received.
Europe: Shipping method to choose between GLS (availability according to destination country) and POSTAL SERVICE. For GLS the estimated delivery time is 4-5 days from the date of shipment. For POSTAL SERVICE, the estimated delivery time is 2 weeks from the date of shipment.
Outside Europe: Shipments will be made through POSTAL SERVICE, with an estimated delivery time of 3 weeks from the date of shipment.
Please take into account possible delays in the shipment according to the time of the year, especially during holiday periods.
We are not responsible for delivery of shipments that may be affected by customs, natural events, transfers of the transport company to the local company in your country or by delays in air or land transport, or additional charges or customs.
It is the client's responsibility to provide the correct data to make the shipment. In case of packages returned by incorrect data, the buyer will have to pay the cost of the new shipment. In no case the shipping costs will be refunded.
